Can't really go wrong with LEGOs
I purchased this for my 8 year old boy. He couldn't wait to get it and put it together. LEGOs are really great and require a lot of skill and diligence to put them together. The building instructions are great and require kids to follow directions closely. The only downside is that they are rather expensive.
